You swagger closer to the lion and explain that your business is no business of his. Sensing threat in your demeanor, he hefts his sword into a ready stance and repeats,

"What is your business in these caves? I cannot let you pass."

Well, heck. You don't seem to have adequately intimidated this ancient and stoic warrior. Uh, what now? Style it out, style it out! You reach behind you as if for a weapon, which turns out to be a bad idea. This guy is fast. His sword connects before you really realize what's happening, and connects again before you hit the ground. You die!
